Upgrade driver and firmware HBA

Hi team,

I need update driver for this HBA ISP2532-based 8Gb Fibre Channel to PCI Express HBA from 3.1.31 to 3.1.36

When I download the driver from vmware hardware compatibility... does the VIB include the firmware or do I have to go to the vendor's website? I have firmware.....8.0.xxx y last update is for 9.0.xxx

Hello.
The vib (Driver) provided by VMware does not contain Firmware of the device.
You can get the device firmware from the support web site of the device manufacturer or from the server manufacturer.

VMware provides only the driver. You need to find the matching firmware on the vendors side. Please double check that the firmware and driver versions are compatible. Avoid issues before they occur
