  • 1.  Unreachable agent after a few minutes

    Hello,

    I try to create a new machine with an iso of windows 1809. I have installed WMTools 10.3.5 and View agent : 7.7

    VMWare View Horizon is in version 6.2

    When I make a snapshot, the machine is available but after a few minutes (sometimes 10, sometimes 30), the agent become unreachable.

    Do you know why it's happening ?

    It's probably because you're using 1809 which is known for causing problems and probably isn't supported yet with Horizon. Use 1803 instead.

    We use 1803 and also have the same problem, any advise on how we can resolve this

    Open an SR with GSS.

    Why are you using the horizon 7.7 agent along with view 6.2, are you connecting directly to the desktop or through a connection server? IF your using 6.2 for view, and the desktop is registered in the connection server, it may not register correctly. Make sure your environment is supported
