I am not sure if you've already come across this article which is a workaround to fix the VFAT Partition in case its corrupted. However, if the repair or recreation of vFAT Partition does not help then I would suggest to open a case with support by sharing all the logs, PSOD screenshot if any and dosfsck test outputs on vFAT partitions.
