unable to convert hyper-v virtual machine to vmware

i am using VMware Vcenter Converter StandAlone to convert VMs from  Hyper-V to VMWare , it starts the job & fails in 1%, 6%, 8% ...etc  , the errors are below

FAILED: An error occurred during the conversion:
'converter.fault.NoHostConnection'

Error: Unable to clone disk "D:\Folder\VM Folder\...

Yes, i was trying earlier & i came to know it's a firewall issue  , but  now after resolving the firewall issues , i have restarted the activity  this week , still failing with the same error attached happened on this week

Same here; has anyone been able to convert Hyper-V sourced VMs using Standalone? Maybe it just doesn't work, period?
