  • 1.  unable to change Frequency on any alarm

    I went into an alarm today and I found that I could not edit the frequency of any alarm

    No mater what level the alarm was created at

    I tried to create a new alarm, same thing.

    I tried disabilign/enabiling alarm no luck

    confirmed I am a full Admin.

    Any ideas on waht I need to do to change the frequency of the alarms

    Permissions? Could it be you have permissions to create but not to modify the alarms?

    i confirmed i am part of the defautl administrators group in VC will all rights

    At the moment, the only thing I can think of is that the action is set to "once" and not to "repeat". Could you post a screenshoot please?
