People help please.  The VMware vSphere client was installed on the laptop and the mouse worked fine.
VMware tools are installed. After reinstalling the OS, the VMware vSphere client is started and all the verticals of the mouse stop working correctly
(the click itself occurs diagonally lower by 7 cm to the right). The tools will reappear. VMware vSphere client and the same problem there. How to deal with it? esxi 5.5

If it is a Windows machine check that the right mouse driver is still used, could be replaced. There should be a VMware driver mentioned in "Devices / Mice"

If anyone has such a problem, it is solved as follows. Run VMware vSphere Client shortcut in compatibility mode> change DPI settings> check all the boxes and OK
