  • 1.  support bundle creation error

    Please suggest me for to create a support bundle from a host in vCenter using https://<hostname>/ui 

    already tried the same getting error saying "

    using vCenter webclient (https://<vcenter>/ui) also could not able to create the bundle.

     

    Please provide me your inputs to getting this fixed.

    Hi  ,

    What is the vCenter and ESXi version ?

    It seems you are trying to collect logs from the host directly and not vCenter. Just enter the ESXi IP/FQDN(without /ui) and let us know what happens.

    even with IP address or hostname its redirecting to /ui and getting the same error.
