When installing Esxi (I tried both 6.7 and 7.0), the screen keeps showing "Shutting down firmware services." There is no other information.
I tried to switch UEFI to legacy in BIOS, but the problem still exists.

VMTN has an ESXI area, I've reported your thread asking moderators to move it there.

Are you trying to install ESXi on supported, or unsupported hardware?
The message is likely be related to the host's hardware (often the CPU model), or firmware/BIOS.

I see only "Shutting down firmware services...."

    without the line

Using 'simple offset' UEFI RTS mapping policy

and i try to install version 8.0 U2

Maybe the Intel Processor "Intel Xeon Gold 6448Y Prozessor" will be not supported?

    Same issue.

V6.7 U2 seems to work.  Not sure why V7 and V8 have this issue.
