  • 1.  RVtools Report few tabs are empty.

    Hello Fren,

    I have observed that one of my VC Rvtools report, we are getting few tabs are empty.

    upto vTools tab info is empty

    from vRP tab we have the info.but other VC all good. we are facing this issue for only one VC

    RVtools 3.11 version

    Please suggest

    Hi

    We had this issue once, and the problem was our account permission. so check your account permission. if it was ok, you can check for your VC VAMI for services and disk info.

    Wich user are you using to generate de report?

    Version or rvtools and version of vcenter server would be great to check compatibility

    we are using domain user to pull the report , earlier it was fine.

    but now it was working

    All VC's in my environment is giving same, is there version problem.

    We trued with sso user also , but issue still same.

    Please suggest.

    With latest version of RVTool I also faced same problem however when used old version of RVTool (3.1) the report is fine.
