Responsive Broadcom partner?

Has anyone got a Broadcom partner they would recommend? I have had a couple of emails from Broadcom telling me that a partner would contact me, but didn't happen. We are an ESXi house trying to figure out our way forward. Evaluating options.

Are you able to sell ESXi licenses?   We have a customer who needs a license but cannot get one.
