Kindly help me to register my product which we bought from Dell however when i register my product with Serial number/License Key it shows wrong serial number.is there any other way we can register even i cannot open any case since i don't any product under my account.

You might need to talk with Dell since they provided the key.

OEM partners like Dell usually provide customers with a PAC (Partner Activation Code), rather than a license key.

You should have received either an Email, or find instructions on the site on which you found that PAC (likely Dell's Digital Locker, for how to activate that code in the VMware customer portal.

A quick search on the Internet shows http://www.vmware.com/vmwarestore/newstore/oem_login.jsp?Name=DELL-AC as the activation URL.

How did you solve the problem? The key I got from Dell is not accepted by vsphere and as far as I remember you have to go into PAC and convert it first. But I can't find the pages anymore broadcom is so complicated :(

Did you already check whether the key that you got is a "PAC" key that needs to used to redeem a license key (see my reply above)?
