VMware vSphere

Hello, anyone can help-me whats wrong with my configuration? My hyper-v server use the intel RI350 adapter and i download the offline bundle  net-igb-5.3.2 and net55-r8168 (to intel hyperv) and net-tulip. To install i choose the -pkgdir to create a customize ISO and when i finish the installer i have the no network adapter found.

you have hosted ESXi on Hyperv 2016,whether I'm correct?If yes what is the generation you have selected to host the ESXi in Hyper-V.Prefer to go with Gen1 which suits most of the Operating system and network card as legacy which suits most of OS.

I choose the generation 1 model in hyper v.

I think you have just customized image and not injected into the ESXi operating system.

But the command -load net-tulip dont inject the driver in esxi operating system?

I see the following message when i create the iso:

Load additional VIB net-tulip from online depots...

Add VIB net-tulip 1.1.15-1 [New AcceptanceLevel: CommunitySupported] [OK, Added]
