Play sound from remote Linux guest

Hi!
I have windows 10 host
I need Ubuntu 20.04+ guest:

a) to be accessible from a windows 10 based remote PC in same LAN

b) to be able to play youtube video and sound

c) to be able to play youtube video and sound while viewing from that remote PC

Points a and b are done with VMWare player 16 on host

Point c is the trouble:
using xrdp in guest + mstsc on remote PC - video is OK but *no sound*

Ubuntu shows no audio devices available in its settings menu.

Any guide? No way at all?

I don’t think this has anything to do with Workstation Player since you are relying on RDP audio redirection.

Sorry, it does:

1) on the host PC (directly in VMWare player) the sound device is available (attached from host PC) and VM plays sound on host PC

2) I do not insist on RDP - is there any other tested option to get video and sound on remote PC? any guide?
