    Take a look at KB 1004250 and KB 1020214 for some information on your issue.  It seems like it could be a hardware failure or it could be due to a driver/firmware update.  Can you comment on the hardware vendor/model and if any such updates in ESXi version, patches, drivers, firmware or other software VIB modules were loaded on this machine recently?  If not, it may actually be failing hardware.

    Looks like CPU issue, use NMI to further investigate and involve the server vendor:
