I have a Windows 7 64-bit VM on ESXi 4.1.  VMware tools is installed on it and the VM is at hardware version 7.  I'm attempting to add a hard drive with the the SCSI controller type of Paravirtual.  When I look at the Windows Device Manager, it is listed under Other Devices/SAS Controller with a yellow exclaimation point.  I've tried scanning for the driver, but am not able to locate it.

The drivers should be included with Vmware Tools. Perhaps try to reinstall the tools. The drivers are also available as floppy images, but that is mostly meant for installation on the boot disk. See this KB article.

I was able locate the driver on a Windows 2008 VM.
