    Hi.

In the past I've ever used Vmware Vcenter Conveter Standalone to P2V on an ESXi host a physical linux machine.

Now I've read that Vcenter Conveter Standalone is not yet available.

The question is: wich is, now, the best and affordable way to P2V a running physical machine?

    Any idea?

    Thanks in advance.

I believe it went away and came back.  The latest is over 1 year old but it is still available.  When I look at My Downloads it is under the "Free Software Downloads available HERE" link.

I've never used it, but I've heard good things about Starwind:

Looks like it's free, but you have to give them the usual info.
