sincd May, we are trying to order new licenses (Standard & Essential Plus kits) but our German partner is not getting any response from Broadcom on the progress of the order.
I cant really believe that Broadcom Germany/Broadcom is not processing orders but there is also noone we could reach out to verify if there is an issue.
Just thinking how this would work if you have the new subscription based licenses and they run out but you cannot renew because broadcom does not move.
Do you experience the the same? Is there any sales contact? The standard broadcom support is technical so refuse to answer quieres on that topic.
