There is no download for Vcenter Server Appliance at https://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/downloads . I am logged in to my Vmware account, but can't find this iso download anywhere.

It's under vCenter Server. Do you have an entitlement to download this?

It's under VMware vSphere. If you''re entitled you are able to download the software binaries.
