The current SPP version is 2018.11.0, i.e. 3 versions later than the one you mentioned (see Service Pack for ProLiant | Hewlett Packard Enterprise).
Unless there are reasons not to upgrade to the current release, I'd suggest you take a look at the new version's release notes, check the compatibility/interoperability with your hardware (Enclosure, Interconnect modules, Servers, ...), and consider an upgrade using the latest SPP.
If you only want/need to update the NICs, you should find the specific driver on the HPE support web site, along with the update steps in the "Installation instructions" tab (or within the downloaded driver package).
