Hi,
I had a total outage cross 4 ESXi hosts and vCenter, after all came up again the NFS4 storage didn't auto mount so after connecting it from vCenter to all hosts it got another UUID on the hosts and it made a NFS4 (1) in vCenter storage and can't locate the VM's from the missing UUID.
How do I get it to mount the old one and keep the UUID that I selects in vCenter instead of making a new one ?
Hope for some help on this issue, as I'm only used to iSCSI and SAS.
What I have tried:
In "vCenter" go to "Storages" and selected the NFS "NFS4" and clicked on "Mount Datastore to Additional Host" and selected all hosts, then instead of just mounting with the noted UUID it makes a new "NFS4 (1)" with new UUID and mounts and introduces it in the vCenter storage management as "NFS4 (1)"
