    Good day,

I have copied a full VM with snapshots (including all files) from crashed server to another working server.

Then I tried to restore snapshot from new server it says: The features supported by the processors in this machine are different from the features supported by the processors in the machine on which the virtual machine state was saved. Resume on a machine with similar processors. An error occurred while restoring the CPU state from file "/vmfs/volumes/xxxxxxx/Microsoft Windows Server/Microsoft Windows Server-Snapshot2.vmsn". An error caused the restore operation to fail. Cancel the restore operation and correct the error, or discard the snapshot's state and power off. The saved snapshot will not be affected.

    Module 'CheckpointLate' power on failed.

How can I restore latest snapshot?  My servers are both Dell powerEdge 720

Best bet is that you'll need to restore the VM on a host in a cluster with an EVC mask that matches the CPU specification of the original host.
