    Well guys,

First of all thaks for your time to share some Ideas. Since 2016 i started a home project to have an unified system for gaming, a small home server and some other VM's for my wife, guests, etc.

    Here are my specs:

    • MoBo: Asus Z10PE-d16 ws
    • PROC: INTEL XEON E5-2620 V4 (single CPU)
    • RAM: 32GB DDR4
    • IPTV gateway board (for what i want): TBS6590 dual DVB-S2 and DVB-C tuner card
    • Gaming GPU: Asus Rog Strix GTX1070

Until some time i got the passthrough for the GTX 1070 running smoothly for the gaming VM without any problems.

Two weeks ago i was trying to enable a second VM with the capabilities to render relatively high end graphics at the same time as the Gaming PC was running and i was reading about SVGA and got myself an AMD FirePro W7000 supposely supports SVGA.

Now that i installed the AMD FirePro on the PC, i was not able to get the gaming PC running as the GPU Passthrough option got disabled, the same case for the AMD FirePro, as follows:

Any ideas out there? i would appreciate your help in this case guys.

    Thanks!!!

What hypervisor are you running on the PC? A type 1 or 2? Esxi or Workstation/Fusion?
