Monitoring Root password changes

I'm looking to create an alert for when any of our esxi hosts root passwords are changed/updated. Suprisingly this does not seem to be in the predefinted alerts in vsphere! 
Any ideas how I can implement this ?

Hi,

I don't know native solution or alerting from vCenter. But you can monitor ESXi logs by third-party solutions and configure alert for changing password.
