For a single ESX/ESXi you can use the performance monitor tab.

Or try to enable SNMP and see if you can catch this datas from a monitor tool.

Or you can use 3th part programs like Veeam Monitor or Vizioncore vFoghlight.

Depends on your equipment and setup.

I use HP servers, so HPSIM does the job for me (the HP agents allow use of WBEM conenctivity)

For small environments, Solarwinds provide a free tool that will do the job . . for enterprise environments ret Veamm.

Alternatively, check whetehr any of the tools your company uses to monitor other servers could work.

Lastly, you could capture and monitor logs using something like Splunk

Veeam Monitor, it has free edition.

And some syslog server, I prefer syslog-ng in linux VM.

I use the VEEAM monitor free version to log all metrics, and use a syslog viewer for all system related stuff. This gives me enough info on what's going on on the ESXi box.
