  • 1.  many warning messages in log after a fresh installation

    Hello everyone!

    I just completed a fresh installation on my NUC 10. While I managed to fix some issues like TPM and host certificates by myself, I still find many warnings in /var/log/vmkwarning.log

    I tried to google some of them, but I either failed to find something related, or I can't understand.

    I will post the log below (some sensitive and unnecessary information will be redacted), could anyone help me and tell me what they mean and whether I need to fix something?

    NUC 10 I would say only partially compatible with ESXi. 

    Which ESXi version you have installed?

    I installed the lastest public release, which is ESXi-8.0U1a-21813344-standard (VMware, Inc.).

    Hello, have you found the error for the errors:
    HBX: 2720: Failed to cleanup registration key on volume***str1***: Failure
    Vol3: 4323: Error closing the volume: . Eviction fails: Failure

    I now have the same issus and found no fix.
