I've been trying to contact support to resolve an issue with my licence transfer from the VMware Portal to the Broadcom portal, but I cannot seem to be able to speak to anyone.
I tried to "Request Access" but after two weeks the request was denied.
I've tried to create a ticket, but I'm left in a perpetual loop, with it failing to login to the wolkenservicedesk.com.
I desperately need to update my vSphere infrastructure, but as my entitlements haven't transferred, I cannot download anything.
Please help.
