LACP options in Windows vCenter Client

Hey guys, so I've been looking through various discussions and articles and I can't seem to find the LACP options for vDS on vSphere 5.1 in the Windows .NET client. All of the references I see say to use the web client (which to be honest I don't even know if it's set up completely as nothing was listening on 8443). I'm running 5.1.0 (941893) of the Client and 5.1.0 (947673) on the server. Is vmWare not going to continue adding functionality to the Windows client, or am I missing where this is located?

All new features starting with vSphere 5.1 can only be configured/managed using the Web client. As LACP support is feature thaw was introduced with 5.1, it is only available in the web client. Development of the windows client stopped at 5.0. To see if you have web client installed, open a browser and login using https://<yourvcenterfqdn_or_ipaddress>:9443
