Mounting the downloaded image

I go to the folder "vcsa-ui-installer"-> "win32" and run "installer.exe"

Maybe I didn't get it right, but it seems that you are not following the proper procedure, please feel free to correct me.

If you want to deploy a new vCSA you need to have an ESXi installed and configured.
After that, you will have to open the .ISO on your computer and run the setup, it will require an ESXi host (which you have previously installed) and will deploy vCSA (OVF template) on that ESXi host.

Please consider that as of vSphere 6.7 VMware removed the windows installation option.

Where can I get a template "vCSA (OVF template)" ?

The VCSA installer deploys it for you, as mentioned in the link posted above.

its in the folder.  Mount the Iso and search for *.ova and you will find it.

Running .ova and at step 2, when filling in the network information before setting the sso domain, an error "internal error".

What is the problem ?

No, Auto Deploy Service only comes in play when you try to automate the deployment of ESXi servers.

Can you share the network information you are trying to set?

vCenter IP/Netmask/Gateway:
Is it on the same network as the ESXi host?
Have you created reverse and forward DNS records?
Are you sure there are no firewalls in the middle?

Are you sure there are no firewalls in the middle? Firewalls are installed between the ESXi and the computer from which the vCenter is deployed

If the time is not synchronized on the ESXi it may cause a problem with installing the vCenter in step 2?

Yes, NTP misconfigurations may be an issue

1)Opened the ports necessary for vCenter to work:

2)Before installing vCenter, ESXi is synchronized over NTP.

If you have not give a DNS server(leave it blank in step1), you may hit step 2 blocking issue - "Next" button is gray.

Filling a DNS then have a try, please.

I solved the problem by adding a DNS record for the vCenter applicane on my DNS Server (FQDN).
