Install hpe custom image on dell custom image

Hi Team,

Can we install hpe custom esxi image on dell custom image.

As mistakenly team has installed dell custom image on hpe server and now hpe latest image is showing as incompatible.

Although an incorrect image may work - depending on the hardware/components in the host - I'd suggest that you remediate the host with the correct image and vendor add-ons.

Each custom image contains specific items, such as related drivers and tools, and is fully compatible with your hardware. So, if you don't want to have future challenges, for example, when you decide to add new compatible hardware, such as a new NIC or HBA card, I strongly suggest using the proper image for your hardware.
