Do you know your SiteID?
Does the SiteID show up under entitlement?
If you do not know your SiteID, you may contact Broadcom support.
If you know your SiteID, you may request access from the portal. If you are the first one who requests access, you'll usually be granted admin permissions.

I've been responsible for and managed the VMware VSphere solution contract since its inception. Something went wrong during the migration to Broadcom, as I don't have permission to generate a token and configure it in the online repository.
What should I do? I also can't open a ticket with Broadcom to resolve this issue.
