I can't download VMware ESXi pacths

Dear Community,

I need to download a patch published recently and when I go to the page of release I can't download. The link of download doesn't appear for me:

Apparently I need to upgrade my account to get this link but i don't have the "Site ID" and I didn't found in any place to get this "Site ID".

If I try to open  a case i get this error:

Hi,

I had the same problem, at the same moment as you (March 2025).

After painfully chatting with the "support", they told me that they had a problem and had disabled the downloads by error, and that the "Downloads > Solutions" tab would be available soon.

Than, on March 6th, I was able to access the download.

Unfortunelly I dont have any update. I'm trying to contact the support by phone.
