Hi, I have a problem in my Server Esxi 5.1 when mount a Datastore, this is te ERROR

This looks like your disk (some Seagate 2TB ST2000DM001) is defective. Would try cheking this with a vendor tool (e.g. SeaTools) first.

What hardware are you on (mainboard/server type/model, storage controller [looks like onboard SATA?])

Is the (onboard) storage set to AHCI in BIOS and is the BIOS on latest version?

Indeed guys , I tested with seatools and the disk is corrupt , should not work with a new one that I'll put , I again tell them , thank you very much for everything.

Before mount you have already satisfy the pre-requistite like enable firewall to pass the traffic and vmkenel port group .

Please do Check for the specific log in vmkernel. Log
