  • 1.  Hypervisor 5 Memory Usage

    I am just curious what the memory usage of Hypervisor 5 is. I know the HDD usage is as low as 144mb, but I didnt see memory usage is any documentation or online. I know its minimal, but want to double check. Sorry if I overlooked it.

    You shoudl expect about 1-2GB for the system (assuming you are running HA, DRS, etc).  ESXi5 wont even install without 2GB.

    There would be no HA or DRS....just a small server. I was just curious...I have deployed it in multiple enviroments, but was never sure the amount of memory it used...curious what the minimum was....
