HP UPS Management Module

I bought a HP UPS Management Module for my UPS.

I installed the HPMM agent (linux) on my ESX host, I opened the 3572 TCP port on both way on the ESX host.

My problem is when I try to add the ESX device to the UPS HPMM web management I don't see it appearing.

Seems like the UPS MM can't speak to the ESX HPMM agent.

I'm trying to do this over the network. I can ping both device and I can see that the port is opened on the ESX host.

If you telnet to the ESX host on port 3572 (telnet esx-hostname 3572) do you connect succesfully? If so, then we know that the agent is answering.

Had the wrong port number, had to find it on the web cause it's not documented.

Also, I could'nt add any attached devices by the web GUI, had to use the CLI, don't know why.
