After the VMware to Broadcom migration, the name displayed on my Broadcom account profile has become garbled or unreadable, showing as å-æ° è°¢.
This naming issue has created a critical problem: I'm now unable to log in to the VMware Console. Given that my account credentials are directly linked to the information migrated from VMware, the incorrect name appears to be causing authentication failures.
Could someone help me resolve this issue by updating my name to the correct version?
