  • 1.  How to present 10GB iSCSI to vm server

Esxi host nic -- iscsi switch -- nimble array (10 GB iSCSI)

    Nic0 - vSwitch2 - vmk1 -

This is isolated from the core network. Is there a way to connect the veeam proxy vm server to this? Right now it is connected via iscsi initiator over the 1GB data network to the management port on the nimble - which works fine but missing out on the 10GB speed. Hope this makes sense! Thanks

If there is a 10G uplink available on the host, you can configure it as DirectPath I/O to the Veeam VM -

Enable Passthrough for a Network Device on a Host

What is your exact goal here? Is it for the proxy to access the Nimble in direct SAN mode for storage integration? If so, you really should be using a physical proxy in that case. BTW, this would be better asked on the Veeam forums.
