  • 1.  how to install vcenter on exsi

    hello all, thanks for help

    as of now i installed vmware workstation pro inside this i added Exsi host then now i wanted to installed vcenter , i downloaded vcenter 6.7 there i go to ui installer and install as i done some steps but in second last step i stuck it is asking for IP address = ? ,default gateway=? DNS SERVER=?

    what i have to fill in this

    It's basically what it says. In order to run vCenter Server you need to configure proper IP (network) settings, and name resolution (DNS).

    From what you write, I assume that you are trying to set this up in a private/home environment? Please remember that although you can evaluate vCenter Server for 60 days free of charge, it requires a paid license after that time, and also the ESXi hosts that are manged through vCenter Server require paid licenses. ESXi hosts with a free Hypervisor license cannot be added to vCenter Server.

    i am trying to setup this on home environment and in order do installation in last step it is asking for an many thing like default gateway dns server etc. i provided this all(installed virtual machine on EXSI host) but it is also asking for an IP Address there which IP address i have to wrote(i'm confused in DNS part) 

    if is it possible for you , can you please write steps how i can install vcenter 6.5 on exsi OR if is it possible for you to connect virtual please reach me through rohan.jangid@neosalpha.com it would be appreciated
