how to install android-x86 ?

i install android-x86 but vmware tools can't installed, so i can't use the ethernet network

VMWare tools are not yet supported for Android, you can have a look on the guest os support matrix on the VMware website.

Don't know if this might help, but I've played around with Android ova/ovf that you can find out there.
