how to find domain name on my vcenter appliance

i have not logged into my vcenter appliance for a long time and I remember changing the default vsphere.local domain name to something else.

is there a way to find out what that is? I have ssh access to the appliance

What version of vCenter are you running? Try /usr/lib/vmware-vmafd/bin/vmafd-cli get-domain-name --server-name localhost
