If you want to completely disable VMDirectPath, then you can always disable VT-D or IOMMU in your BIOS> Processor configuration. Also, when you have removed the device as passthrough in esx.conf file, did you reboot the host.??

I did change in esx.conf  but not worked, now I will try disable IOMM and VT at BIOS  then after disabled the features in BIOS, the device come back works ?

Somebody knows other process for ESXi5 that disable VMDirectPath ?

ESXi 4.0 had a boot option to disable IOMMU - http://vm-help.com/esx40i/VMDirectPath/fix_config_issues.php.  I don't see it with 5.0 but you might want to look through all the advanced config options.
