  • 1.  How to determine vSphere Edition

    How to determine vSphere Edition from GUI or command? Can anyone kindly tell me how? Thanks in advance

    Because different editions have different features ex: Host Profile is ok for Enterprise Plus edition but not Enterprise.

    So it is important to know which edition you are playing with.

    Hi,

    connect to vCenter with your vSphere Client and go to "Home -> Administration -> Licensing" Here you can see every license available and which license is applied to which host. A quick and nice overview.
