    Hello,

How I found my Site ID and VMware licenses at Broadcom.

I feel for anyone who has problems with Broadcom and can't access their VMware licenses. I found my site id this way and I hope this solution works for more people.

    - I knew which email address my VMware account was registered to. I reset the password on Broadcom's site and was then able to log in.

    - Then I got to "Build your Profile" (Under My Profile) and there add Broadcom Software (I think it was called that, VMware was on a list) and then the magic happened: THERE WAS ALREADY THE SITE ID. Note it down!! and complete "Build your Profile".

    - Then I chose "VMware Cloud Foundation" and then "Request Access" Description can be found here and there you enter your Site ID that you found earlier: https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/188869

You then get the status "Pending" I waited a day and then I chatted with support and got them to approve.

Then you must also become an Admin according to this description: https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleNumber=142903

Status Pending again and chat with support.

After this, my licenses were under "My Entitlements"

This took me over two days of work and I hope it can help someone else. Broadcom is apparently not known for delivering and they definitely don't in this case either.

    Good luck!!
