For sure its not vDGA because the device isnt marked for Passtrough right?
Check the Windows Device manager from your VM and look for the graphic card
- VMware -> vSGA
- Grid or a NVIDIDA related Device = vGPU
- The original T4 Driver = vDGA
For sure the VM Settings will also show what is configured because vDGA/vGPU will shown an extra PCI Device.
GFX Acceleration is only usable with
- VMware Horzion
- Blast or PCoIP as remote protocol. It does not work with MS RDP!
- vGPU needs vSphere ESXi Enterprise Plus
- Linux, Windows 7/10/11 or Windows Terminal Server
- After GRID2 you need to buy NVIDIA SUMS
