This is the correct Host Profile screen, uncheck "Device Alias configuration" checkbox which is right below "General System Settings" and save host profile. Please run pre-check to understand the configuration changes.

1. Please check are there any messages for generateHostConfigTaskSpec in vpxd log (/var/log/vmware/vpxd/vpxd.log).
2. As change is in the host hardware model, try disable Device alias profile in host profile and run pre-check remediation to see results.

We are trying to introduce UCS into Hpe host cluster, while configuring the host profile it's not giving any other error except this, to move forward.
Compliance and Pre-Check remediation is passing through - no issues on these any other trouble shooting steps Please.

Hi,
If hosts are compliant with Host Profile then there is no hosts are available for remediation, please run check compliance for compliance status. Try running pre-check remediation and check results.
