    Can some one please review attached screenshot and explain why there it is showing error in memory

    There's either an issue with the memory in which case you may want to run a hardware check, or the alarm just has not been cleared. Please take a look at VMware KB: Cannot clear Hardware Status warnings and errors in VMware vCenter Server 4.x and 5.x to see whether this helps.

    There is no error on the UCS blade server, i tried to cleared event but that didnt help.. look like need to run diagnostic test on the blade server

    Thanks its cleared after running below command

    /etc/init.d/sfcbd-watchdog restart

    Now all good thanks

    What make and model of physical host do you have?

    its UCS  blade server

    Sorry, I don't know UCS hardware but does it have a hardware management interface, similar to HP iLO or IBM IMM, that you can access while the server is running to see if that has logged any memory issue?
