    Hi,

    I created a win2012 VM with VMware tools instolled. I-ve exported it as part of a vapp but when I iimport the vapp, the win2012 ha a generic non/pnp monitor that I must uninstall , otherwise the OS do not boot completely.

    Any idea on how to prevent this issue_

    Hi friend,

    Run "sysprep" before exporting the machine to OVF.
