Free developer licenses for VSphere?

Have a team of engineers and developers that integrate VSphere/ESXi communication/compatibility into our product. What is the best way to get the free dev licenses (non-production) that last for 1 year (and are renewable every year)?  We had these before but our software was sold to another company and need to re-request...

The TAP program is definitely where you would need to be. There's a process in place for partners to get access to licenses etc, please use that.
