  • 1.  Failed upgrade from U1 to U2

    Hello all,


    I would try to update ESXI 6.7U1 to 6.7U2 with HP ISO.

    Now on the upgrade phase it stopped on 19% with an error and rebooted immediately.

    Now after reboot it keeps hang on VMKIBFT loaded successfully...

    How I can repair this without losing configuration ???

    What type/model of server is it?

    What may be an option is to return to the previous state.

    Please see whether you have the option to press "Shift-R" during the 5 sec. delay when ESXi starts to boot.

    If that works, double-check the downloaded upgrade image (verify its checksum) to ensure that it's not corrupted.
