    Posted Jun 17, 2009 04:59 PM

Few of my servers mostly Win2k3 64-bit , have a Red OR yellow exclamation mark. I am not sure, why am I seenig this from the VI Client side. There are boxes which are not even in production still I see this mark.

My servers, what enough capacity in terms of RAM and processor. Still I see this.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

Go on alarm tab and watch at the type of alarm.

Could be CPU or memory alarm.

You have to look at alarm tab when the alarm are triggered.

Or configure an e-mail notification to see what's happen.

PS: when you power on a VM is normal that you see the yellow alert (sometimes also the red alert) for VM memory usage.

Go to alarms tab and see which alarm was triggered. And then you can see the settings of that alarm and see what is the problem
