ESXi4 install blue screens AMD Opteron Quad core

    I have an ASUS KFSNA-DRE/RS161 server. The BIOS is 1005 w/date of 11/19/2008. AGESA is 3.3.0.0

    CPU is a dual quadcore AMD Opteron 2350 2G processor.

    RAM 32G

    Installed ESXi4 and I receive the attached PSOD.

    Could someone shed some light on this for me please?

    do you have your memory evenly distributed between the NUMA nodes?

    yes...all slots are filled.
